So there's Buffie the Body, Amber Rose, and my ex-husband's favorite Melyssa Ford. Now I can't take ANYTHING away from these ladies, they are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! For a matter of fact, once I finish typing this blog I will probably go and get about 45 minutes of cardio in, SO I CAN FEEL VIXEN'ISH...
But fellas, do you realize every woman is not a Video Vixen? Although, many of us probably think we are after we have had two shots of Patron, while dancing to Juvenile's "Back That Thang Up"... Oh ok...now I am ONLY telling on myself.
This subject came to me after a very dear friend asked me, "Dee, why do most guys want the Vixens?" Now I couldn't answer the question because of course, I am not a guy. The young lady that asked the question is a beautiful person inside and out. So why would a beautiful young lady ask this question? Is it safe to say that maybe it is the men she has encountered or dealt with? I doubt it...
I have read several relationship books and they all have pretty summarized that men are visual beings. So what is it, do you guys only see the Extraordinary? Which is so unfair, because most men are Ordinary. Now you may have the "souped-up ride" and the wardrobe to match... But really most of you are NOT as fine as Ildris, do NOT have the Denzel strut, and certainly can NOT hang a suit like Morris... We don't look for those qualities in you. Ok, that's a lie, but once we realize THOSE QUALITIES ARE NOT THERE ... we get over it. WE LOVE YOU...and your ordinary-ness.
So turn off the videos and look at the VIXEN that is sitting next to you. For a matter of fact, ask her to do a little dance for you. She's been dying to show you what she learned in her Pole Dance Class anyway...

Ok, let me hopefully clear up some mis-conceptions, not all of us want a Video Tric-xen. Not all of us want a size 2 or 4. Isn't that a lil girl anyway. I have always loved and will always love a sistah on the Plus Size side of things. What makes them special to me is their own CONFIDENCE Level. Be cool in the skin you in, do what you do, get my attention and we can have a great time from there. Where yall finding these "Shallow Hals" at anyway? I love a lady that is just that A Lady, no matter her size. Carry yourself as such and don't worry about what others are doing and I know I will see ya. Yes, I like curves, but they do come in many different forms. The best thing a sistah could ever do is be CONFIDENT in Self...Now that is Beautiful, Sexy, Gorgeous, etc......

"ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD GUYS" I absolutely love Anonymous's comment about loving the full figured sistah.. Yes, most of us full figured sistahs exude confidence because we are comfortable in our own skin and know that don't no man want a bone. So, we embrace our full figuredness with joy and keep it moving. Some of us know that we have it going on. If all men had the mentality Anonymous has then, there would be more happier women in this place. You think like my man does, Anonymous. He loves my full figuredness and has for a long time. Not that I need his seal of approval, but it does mean a lot to know that he is overly attracted to HIS voluptuous size 14woman.
